MINDFUL RUNNING COMBINES THE BENEFICIAL ASPECTS OF RUNNING WITH THE PRACTICE OF MINDFULNESS, OFFERING A HOLISTIC EXPERIENCE FOR BODY AND MIND. DISCOVER HOW MINDFUL RUNNING CAN BECOME A TOOL TO FIND CALMNESS, JOY, AND INNER BALANCE – STEP BY STEP.
This 3-hour course with Anne-Marie Flammersfeld will show you how mindful running can improve your physical fitness and mental well-being. In the theoretical session, you will learn the basics of mindful running, and in the practical session, you will directly apply what you have learned. The focus is on conscious breathing, the rhythm of steps, and the surroundings. You will learn how mindful running can help manage stress and receive valuable tips on running technique and body awareness. In the practical session, we will run together at a relaxed pace, integrating mindfulness exercises and nature experiences.
