Courage to Live
Reading & Talk with Martin Inderbitzin
Saturday, 4 October 2025
What gives us strength when life gets tough?
How can we avoid despair in the face of illness, loss, or fear – and keep moving forward?
In his book Courage to Live, Martin Inderbitzin shares his personal story: being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer at the age of 33, his fight for survival, and his rediscovery of meaning, connection, and joy in life.
He combines personal experience with scientific insights from neuroscience, showing how we can navigate crises, emotions, and uncertainty – not with empty slogans, but with depth, honesty, and surprising lightness.
Martin Inderbitzin will read selected passages from his book, share background stories and insights, and invite participants to reflect on their own journey through life.
An evening full of inspiration, meaningful conversations, and hope.
Admission: CHF 20 per person, including an aperitif afterwards.
