Engadine Skimarathon

The starting gun for the Engadine Ski Marathon fires in Maloja on the second Sunday in March. The largest sporting event in Switzerland attracts cross-country skiing enthusiasts from over 60 nations to the Engadine. The 42-kilometre marathon route takes runners over frozen lakes, past Engadine villages, and through a unique winter landscape to S-chanf. The program for the marathon week also includes the Engadine Half Marathon, the Engadine Women’s Race, and the Engadine Night Race.
