Gelateria di Berna

As befits a hotel on the Via Maistra, there is always something going on at Hotel Maistra 160. New since July is our Piccola Gelateria, a small ice cream stand for gourmets of all ages.

Long a hit with the public in Berne and Zurich with varieties such as “Mare di Berna” or “Fragola Aceto Balsamico Sorbetto”, we have brought the gelateria in small format to Hotel Maistra 160. Why? Because we love homemade delicacies, just like you! Proof of our love in numbers are the 370 portions of ice cream that we were able to sell to you on a top July day. That's the equivalent of around 35 kg of ice cream.

The Piccola Gelateria is open for you every day when the weather is nice and offers a variety of unexpected ice cream flavors, prepared on site with the basic products and recipes of Gelateria di Berna. From fruity sorbets to tempting chocolate flavors, there is something for every taste. Whether as a sweet reward after a long family hike or as the highlight of your lunch break - our gelati will delight you.

And if you prefer to stick to espresso, you are cordially invited to our restaurant terrace!
