“Engadiner Meistermord”. A Case for Libby Andersch.
Libby Andersch is among the guests at the Hotel Maistra 160 in Pontresina. The morning at Lej da Staz begins peacefully -until Libby Andersch discovers a body in the mountain lake. Instead of her winter swimming group, the sprightly retiree finds herself facing a new case. As Libby investigates the matter, she encounters Engadine grandeur, tensions between locals and visitors from the lowlands, an old murder, and a missing book.
In “Engadiner Meistermord”, the fifth volume of her popular mystery series, Swiss author Gabriela Kasperski sends her heroine to us at Hotel Maistra 160. The book will be published on October 8, 2026, by Dörlemann/Kampa and will be available at our Concept Store and in bookstores.
On Friday evening at 5 p.m., Gabriela Kasperski will read excerpts from her book and offer insights into her creative process.
On Saturday morning at 11 a.m., there will be a literary walk through Pontresina. Led by Gabriela Kasperski in collaboration with Annemarie Brülisauer, who will provide local expertise.
Admission to the book presentation: CHF 20 per person.
Participation in the literary walk: CHF 20 per person.
Discounted combined admission to the book presentation and literary walk: CHF 30 per person.
