Mindfulness exercises with certified psychologist Regula Saner, held outdoors

Sunday, 19 July, 8-9 a.m.

Start your Sunday mindfully. Regula Saner shares her many years of expertise as a mindfulness trainer and invites you to experience and practice mindfulness directly with a guided meditation.

A student asks the master:
“Is there anything I can do to become enlightened?”
“Just as little as you can contribute to the sun rising.”
“Then why practice spiritual exercises?”
“So that you are awake when the sun rises.”

As an introduction to our Deep Health courses based on the concept of mind-body medicine.
These introductory courses are open to anyone interested.
They offer an opportunity to learn more about mindfulness, mind-body medicine, health and self-care.


Regula Saner is a certified psychologist, as well as a mindfulness, MBSR and MSC trainer.

Participation is free. In case of bad weather, the event will take place in the yoga room.
