During the Mind Body Medicine Basic Week, we’ll introduce you to a scientifically well-researched and time-tested concept designed to strengthen your resources and promote a healthy lifestyle. You’ll be guided by an interdisciplinary team of experts in health psychology, sports science, and nutrition.
The Mind Body Medicine Basic Week is our recommendation for anyone who wants to incorporate a healthy lifestyle into their daily routine.

The course focuses on exercise, relaxation, breathing, nutrition, self-care, nature, and the arts. In addition to theoretical insights from science, you’ll learn a variety of practical exercises. You’ll master proven methods, gain tools for daily life, train together and on your own, indoors and outdoors, and share experiences and insights.

The course days offer a balanced mix of group and individual applications.

The focus for each participant is on the personal development of their own health-promoting habits. With our interdisciplinary team from the fields of health psychology, sports and nutritional sciences, you will be able to sustainably strengthen your health resources both individually and in the group, develop a self-determined and balanced lifestyle and later apply it in everyday life.


Course content:

The course content is based on the concept of Mind Body Medicine and proven behavioral change approaches from science.
You will receive lots of theoretical input and learn practical exercises:

• Exercise: forest bathing, interval jogging
• Relaxation: mini breaks in everyday life, relaxation and questioning techniques, and creativity
• Breathing: Mindful breathing, breath regulation, breathing exercises
• Nutrition: Immune-boosting, whole foods nutrition in theory and practice, with cooking
• Naturopathic self-help strategies
• Individual coaching sessions


The course begins on Sunday at 6 pm with a group dinner and ends on Friday after lunch.
