Reconnect – Clarity About What Really Matters

22 - 27 November 2026

RECONNECT is an invitation to turn your attention to what truly matters and to draw new strength from this essence to live a more mindful life.

This five-day retreat is designed for people who, while functioning in a state of constant stress, long for greater inner clarity. In a confidential setting, space is created to reconnect with oneself and regain orientation, enabling you to make conscious decisions about your own life.

Many of us operate at a high level, both in daily life and at work. We may be busy, but we still don’t feel fulfilled or happy. What appears harmonious or successful on the outside feels empty or unclear on the inside. We feel a desire for reorientation, but often lack the time or space to figure out what truly matters to us in life.

RECONNECT is an invitation to turn our gaze inward and make room again for what is essential, in order to rediscover lost clarity. To make this possible, this retreat takes place under a mandatory digital detox.

Led by Dr. Martin Inderbitzin, the retreat combines current neuroscientific methods with Deep Health principles, as practiced at Hotel Maistra. Through many practical, everyday exercises, participants discover what is truly important to them, what defines them at their core, and how they can consciously shape their lives from this essence.

Course Content

Neuroscientific Foundations of Stress, Focus, and Motivation: Develop an understanding of how our brains function under stress, uncertainty, and chronic strain. You will learn to set your focus more clearly and how to actively motivate yourself.

Empathy & Emotional Clarity: Empathy is our ability to treat ourselves with understanding, respect, and kindness during crises. This inner attitude fosters clarity and inner stability, enabling us to make sustainable and courageous life decisions.

Body & Inner Strength: Mental clarity and sustained performance are impossible without a healthy body. The goal is to consciously reconnect with the body to support presence, stability, and vitality.

Slowing Down, Silence, and Nature: In the Engadin mountains, space opens up for silence, mindful breaks, and simple meditations. Nature is not viewed as a backdrop, but as an active space for experiencing clarity, presence, and inner order. Experience the healing power of disconnecting from constant availability.

Reflection & Realignment: This retreat creates space for a conscious reflection on one’s own life story. Experiences, transitions, and formative patterns are examined with curiosity and put into perspective. This makes it clear what we want to change—and can change—in our own lives.

Only when we consciously allow ourselves to be offline does that space of clarity, presence, and inner peace emerge—a space that is often lost in everyday life. By booking, you agree that the digital detox is an integral part of this retreat. For emergencies, you will of course remain reachable via the hotel reception.
