Regula Saner

Regula Saner

Qualified psychologist and federally recognized psychotherapist. Her basic psychotherapeutic approach is body psychotherapy according to David Boadella. She trained as a mindfulness, MBSR and MSC trainer in 2000 and 2010 with the developers of the programs (Jon Kabat-Zinn, Christopher Germer and Kristin Neff). She is certified by the University of Massachusetts and the University of California, San Diego. She has been deepening her practice in mindfulness for more than 30 years with experienced Buddhist teachers and teaches it in secular settings in courses, trainings, at universities and in companies.

Lutz Hempel

MBA, has been a management consultant at ICG Integrated Consulting Group for over 20 years and is co-managing director of the German branch. He is co-founder of The Flourishing Circle and the Swiss Inner Development Goals Hub, a member of the team at the Center for Mindfulness Basel and the Mindful Economy Network, a certified mindfulness teacher, Leadership Circle Profile Consultant, passionate musician and father of two.

Dr. phil. Daniel Hausmann-Thürig

Dr. phil. Daniel Hausmann-Thürig

Psychologist FSP, Certificate of Advanced Studies UZH in health-psychological lifestyle change and Mind Body Medicine. He has worked for many years as a research associate in the Applied Social and Health Psychology team at the University of Zurich in research and teaching. His areas of expertise are applied decision research with a focus on medical and health psychology, as well as behavior change and the implementation of mini-breaks in everyday life.

Anne-Marie Flammersfeld

She is a certified sports scientist and has been working as a personal trainer with her company “all mountain fitness” in St. Moritz for over 12 years. She is also a master’s student in psychology, a mental coach, a cardiac therapist, a keynote speaker, a municipal councilor, and an ultra-trail runner.

Monika Hardmeier

Monika Hardmeier

Monika Hardmeier has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and has been working as a nutritionist and practice manager at the KEP Competence Centre for Nutritional Psychology in Zurich since 2019. She has a CAS degree in Health Psychology Lifestyle Change and Mind Body Medicine. Her consulting focus covers the entire spectrum of eating disorders and emotionally driven eating behaviour.

Jesuit, Zen master, author
He is co-founder of the Lassalle Institute in Bad Schönbrunn and grew up in Valais.

Roland Hischier

is a long-time assistant to Niklaus Brantschen, MBSR/MBCL & Zen teacher (Sensei). Married, father of two adult children, former owner of an SME.

Prof. Jan Teunen

Cultural Capital Producer and Curator

Jan Teunen is the chairman of the board of trustees at Burg Giebichenstein University of the Arts Halle, where he is a design marketing professor. Teunen is also a member of the board of trustees of the Beethoven House in Bonn and the board of directors of the Kunsthalle Darmstadt. He is also a fellow and mentor at the Academy for Potential Development and an honorary member of the GENESIS Institute for Social Innovation and Impact Strategies in Berlin. Since 1977, Jan Teunen has lived and worked at Schloss Johannisberg in the Rheingau region of Germany. He has been involved in numerous publications as a curator, initiator, and co-author. His clients include dm-Drogeriemarkt, IKEA, Lufthansa, and Vitra.

Martina Linn

Martina Linn comes from Samedan, grew up in La Punt Chamues with Swiss folk music and was already performing on larger stages and yodeling at the age of eleven. At 14, she discovered her love for pop and folk, began covering songs and accompanying herself on the guitar. At 16, Martina Linn composed her first own songs.

In 2010, she moved to Lucerne to study music. Since then, Martina Linn has been performing throughout Switzerland, accompanying her lyrical singing with guitar, piano, and harmonium, and collaborating with a variety of musicians. Since 2013, the indie folk artist has released several albums with songs in English and Romansh, most recently the album “Skinny Songs” in 2025. A special highlight: her first international collaboration in Nashville for the EP: The Sound Emporium Live Recordings, Nashville (producer - Dean Miller), which will be released in spring 2026. 
 

Dr. Martin Inderbitzin, Neuroscientist & Author

He studied neuroscience at ETH Zurich and earned his doctorate in Barcelona on the topic of 
stress and emotions. At the age of 33, he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer—a disease with a very poor prognosis. Today, more than 12 years later, he 
lives with the disease and shares his experiences in lectures, workshops, and his 
book *MUT ZUM LEBEN*. Martin gives international lectures and workshops on the 
topics of resilience, mindset, and emotional self-management.
