Maistra 160 (Staff) Benefits

The new staff house Chesa Curtinella (from fall 2023) has ten studios with kitchenette, two 3½-room apartments with their own kitchen, and seven rooms with private bathroom/WC, communal kitchen, lounge, fitness room, seating area and garden – all within walking distance of the hotel.

Our motto is “encourage and challenge,” which is why we offer regular workshops and training courses (internal and external). We also support training and further education through subsidies.

Staff can use the fitness room at specified times. We regularly organize “Spa nights 4 staff.” Also, staff can take part in the activity program at Hotel Maistra (yoga, etc.) free of charge.

Staff members’ families benefit from a family rate for stays at the Hotel and Lodge (up to 50% reduction on overnight stays subject to availability).

Staff receive a bonus for recommending new employees to us.

We invite birthday boys and girls to a monthly joint lunch.

Staff can enjoy a 30% discount on food and drinks in the restaurant (excl. Pöstlikeller) and on spa treatments. Shop products can be purchased at a special price for Maistra employees.

Admission to the Creative Box and use of the computer workstation is free for Maistra employees and their children. The materials used will be charged at cost price.
