


Mindful Running
Running for body and mind with Anne-Marie Flammersfeld
In our everyday lives, we are often stressed, constantly available, and mentally everywhere—except in the moment. This course shows how running can help you find peace and do something for your health at the same time. We combine relaxed running with simple mindfulness exercises. It's not about speed, performance, or mileage, but about running consciously: feeling your own breath, being aware of your body, and experiencing nature with all your senses. The course consists of theoretical and practical elements outdoors and indoors and is suitable for all running levels.
