Mindfully discovering character strengths and living them effectively
Our character strengths are often an untapped treasure. This course invites you to consciously perceive your own positive qualities, cultivate them mindfully, and use them specifically for well-being, resilience, and authentic self- and external leadership.
Based on the scientifically proven MBSP (Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice) program developed by Dr. Ryan M. Niemiec, the course combines mindfulness with modern positive psychology. Participants learn how to use their diverse strengths in a sustainable way in their private and professional lives, promote positive relationships, and develop a resource-oriented attitude that strengthens development, meaning, and performance.
The course is aimed at anyone who wants to strengthen their well-being and resilience in the long term, strive for positive self-leadership and/or leadership and benefit from this in their private and working life.

Services included
The course offer includes the following services:
- Course participation including drinks during breaks
- Welcome aperitif
- 3 nights in a double room or double room for single use, including breakfast
- 3 dinners
- 2 lunches
Course start: WED 6 pm / course end: SAT at 12:30 pm
In addition, the Maistra 160 inclusive services are included: free access to the spa of the Hotel Maistra 160 (incl. two saunas, steam bath, relaxation pool with bubble lounger, fitness room, relaxation room and atrium), exercise program, daily room cleaning, free entry to the Creative Box, use of all lounges and curated library in the hotel, free Wi-Fi access.
Please note that a minimum of 6 participants is required.
